  • Rokos Renovations charges a flat project management fee based on the scope, size, and complexity of your renovation.
    This structure is designed to be more cost-effective than traditional general contractor pricing while maintaining a high level of coordination and oversight.

    This fee covers:

    • Property walkthrough & scope development

    • Renovation and design planning

    • Scheduling and coordination of subcontractors (a licensed - vetted list is provided)

    • Material selection and coordination

    • Timeline management

    • On-site oversight and quality control

    • Final walkthrough and punch list completion

    • We are with you from start to finish!

    Your management fee is confirmed after an initial walkthrough and defined scope, but happy to provide a range upon request.

  • All renovation labor and material costs are paid directly by the client to subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

    Depending on the property and scope, projects may include:

    • Painting

    • Flooring

    • Carpentry & drywall repairs

    • Electrical & lighting

    • Plumbing fixtures

    • Cabinets, countertops, and materials

    Rokos Renovations does not mark up subcontractor labor or materials.
